½ teaspoon of olive oil

Fabrication
Start by preparing the Cretan zucchini, cutting off the tops of the zucchini so that you can use them as lids later.
Carve the inside of the zucchini with the help of a hollower or spoon. After thoroughly cleaning the inside of the carved pumpkin, start preparing the inner mortar.
After chopping the medium onion into small cubes, remove the inner parts of the peppers and chop them in the same way.
After adding the olive oil in a wide pan, add the onions on it. Fry the onions until their color changes slightly.
Add the peppers to the onion and fry for a few more minutes on low heat. Take it from the stove and add the rice you have washed and drained before.
After adding salt and spices, fill the pumpkins with mortar.
Cover the heads of the Cretan zucchini and place them upright in a medium-sized pot.
Add water, lemon juice and salt to the zucchini and cook on low heat. After cooking, let it sit for a while and serve by drizzling olive oil on it. Enjoy your meal.
